Base pay ranges from $24,000 to $38,000 per year. Bonus is based on guest service and profit performance, and averages approximately $2,500 per year.

Associate Manager: This is a salaried management position in a single-unit restaurant that reports to a General Manager. The duties performed are the same as those of a First Assistant Manager, but the responsibilities are greater. Base pay ranges from $26,000 to $42,000 per year. Base pay ranges from $30,500 to $59,000 per year. Bonus is based on guest service and profit performance, and averages approximately $15,000 per year.

This position is responsible for communicating and supporting the organization's vision and challenging management to strive for continuous improvement in all facets of the business. Area Managers are accountable for developing self-reliant Restaurant Managers who achieve high levels of performance in all operational areas in compliance with Company standards, policies and procedures. Base pay ranges from $54,000 to $95,000 per year. Bonus is based on guest service and profit performance, and averages approximately $15,000 - $20,000 per year in addition to a team bonus for region-wide operational performance.
