In select Jack in the Box seed markets, growth starts with an acquisition. You can franchise recently opened company restaurants and use these locations as a platform for future market development.
New Market Development Program*:
- Royalty fees reduced for up to 5 years
- Up to $50,000 in initial franchise fees waived
- Up to 75% of your advertising fees invested in local marketing efforts
Seed Markets:
Acquire up to 10 existing company restaurants and further develop these markets

Acquisition-only Markets:
Acquire whole company markets
- Austin, TX- 35 units

Development Markets:
Develop a minimum of 5 restaurants in these markets with special incentives

Minimum franchisee qualifications (per group):
- Multi-unit restaurant operations experience
- Minimum liquidity of $750,000
- Minimum net worth of $1.5 million
- Ability to acquire and/or develop at least 5 restaurants
- Operating partner is an equity partner and resides in the desired market
