Jack in the Box Inc. is offering a unique opportunity to partner with one of the most popular brands in the quick-serve restaurant ("QSR") industry.

The company is expanding its franchise activities and is looking for franchise candidates with extensive multi-unit operations experience. Candidates must have the financial capability to develop multiple Jack in the Box® restaurant locations.

The long-term goal - grow the percentage of franchise ownership in the system by approximately 5% annually.

• Continued franchising of existing corporate restaurants locations
• Development of new franchise restaurants, including locations in contiguous new markets
