Population: One mile 15,000-20,000 residential population
Employment: One mile 5,000 Traffic: 20,000 to 30,000 ADT

Building: 1,850 to 2,505 square feet
Lot Size: 20,000 to 30,000 square feet
Parking: 25-30 spaces
HVAC: 1-8 ton unit in dining room, 1-10 ton unit in kitchen
Electric: 120/280v, 60 Hz, 3∅, 600A, wye (preferred)
Gas: 1020 MBH, maximum-equivalent length of 85¢
Sewer: 55 F.U. total (24 F.U. non-grease waste, 31 F.U. grease waste)
Water: 52 F.U. or 54 gpm (flush valves) @ 60-80 psig maximum instantaneous
