I understand that the submission of this Franchise Consideration Request does not obligate me or Jack in the Box Inc. in any manner, nor does it imply that there is any legal or commercial relationship between us. I further understand that Jack in the Box Inc. has the sole right to approve or disapprove the Franchise Consideration Request for any reason it may determine, and if Jack in the Box Inc. disapproves the Franchise Consideration Request, Jack in the Box Inc. shall have no liability or ongoing obligations to me.
