Once you dry your tears, call Jack in the Box Guest Relations at 1-800-955-5225. If you have the original activation receipt, they can send you a new card within 3 to 5 business days.
8. Do I need to purchase a new Jack Ca$h card when my balance is used up?
Nope. You can reload your current card for any amount up to $100. Pretty cool, huh?
9. Is there a service fee for unused balances on my Jack Ca$h card?

The card has no value until activated. Jack Ca$h is issued by Stored Value Card, Inc. on behalf of Jack in the Box Inc. You may redeem the card, add more value, or give the card to someone else for use at participating Jack in the Box restaurants. Purchases will be deducted until the value of the cards reaches zero. If lost, stolen or mutilated the cards will not be replaced without the required proof of purchase. Stored Value Card, Inc. cards have no expiration date. Certain restrictions may apply. Card balance information is available on your Jack in the Box receipt or by calling 1-888-876-8402. Stored Value Card, Inc. reserves the right to change these requirements.
